What users are saying

Trying to take care of my partner’s anxiety while having to maintain a full time work schedule has been tough for me. Thinking Lens made me feel like I got something out of myself that I was holding in too long. It gave me ideas on how to deal with the emotions I'm going through and see differently. I feel I can breathe easier after using it.

I’ve been caring for a loved one with a physical injury and PTSD. I take care of everything, but I’m also very sad and lonely. I really like the way Thinking Lens makes me feel validated and empowered. Honestly, I feel a bit more optimistic and hopeful about the future after using it.

34, Sales Manager

Thinking Lens has become my go-to whenever there’s something on my mind. It’s allowed me to care for others while pursuing my goals without overlooking my inner needs and the nuances of human experience. It has made me cry (in good ways). It empowers me.

Why did you build Thinking Lens?

We're two sisters and former caregivers. Thinking Lens was born in a hospital hallway while our mom—a therapist who profoundly shaped us—was fighting cancer. To fight our best, we needed a tool to help us stay mentally strong while juggling caregiving, careers, and emotional strain. Sharing this personal solution with others in need is our way of carrying forward her love and legacy.

At Thinking Lens, we're re-imagining and complementing upstream mental health care, bridging the gap between "no support at all" to clinical-level care.

Why is typing, not tapping, through a lens encouraged?

The strategies behind each lens are simple and easy to grasp 👵👌. But the real power comes from applying them, not just knowing them. Thinking Lens helps you put them into action, step by step, right when you need them most. That's where the magic happens.

Do you use AI?

Yes, we do. However, Thinking Lens isn't just about AI.

All the lenses are crafted based on research and tested by mental health professionals. We use AI to contextualize and streamline your experience.

How is my privacy protected?

Thinking Lens was born from our own needs and as active users ourselves, we understand how privacy is important to every user. Here's our privacy policy, but in short:

Your entries are private by default. They are encrypted in transit and at rest. To help improve everyone's experience, especially for those going through similar challenges, you can opt to share your entries, but they will stay anonymized.
